Tread on the Mill

Tread on the Mill will challenge your body in dynamic and  innovative ways. In each session, you'll rotate every 5–15 minutes between high-energy cardio intervals on the treadmill and targeted strength training on the floor. This powerful combination efficiently works every major muscle group, boosts endurance, and maximizes calorie burn. We move together to the beat — driven by music and fueled by contagious motivation.

(Reminder: For safety and cleanliness, street shoes are not permitted in the studio.)

Tread beat

This 45-minute, beat-driven cycling class is designed to keep you moving to high-energy music that fuels every climb, sprint, and turn. With powerful coaching and the energy of the pack around you, you'll build serious strength, stamina, and mental grit — one pedal stroke at a time.  Ride as one and transform the way you feel!

Tread lightly

This introductory class is the perfect place to learn the fundamentals of indoor cycling — from proper bike setup and form to riding in rhythm with the beat. Whether you're brand new or getting back in the saddle, we’re proud to welcome riders of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and ages to help you build a strong foundation — and a great sweat!

Treadfecta

Experience the perfect blend of HIIT and Tabata training — designed to challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Move your body, engage your core, and clear your mind, all synced to the rhythm of the music.

Tread press

Challenge yourself with resistance training, free weights, and dynamic cardio moves. This class is designed to develop full-body strength while guiding you to activate your core and mental focus. Let the music drive every rep and power your journey to a healthier, more resilient you.

Tread + shred

This class combines the rhythm and cardio intensity of our signature cycling experience with targeted upper body strength training— all in the spin room, all to the beat! You’ll experience key elements of our signature rhythm ride, then shift focus to weight tracks that challenge your arms, shoulders and core -– increasing  stamina in a single, full-body workout.

Tread box

This 45-minute high-intensity cardio class combines powerful punches, dynamic kicks, and core-tightening moves. Tread box challenges your entire body while improving agility, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Leave feeling stronger, sweatier and stress-free!

Tread pilates

Form meets fire in this Tread class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and align. Using controlled movements and breath work, Tread Pilates targets deep core muscles, improves mobility, and enhances body awareness. Taught by our “NPCP” certified instructor, this class is low-impact, high-focus, and perfect for all fitness levels.

Tread kettlebell

Swing, press, and power your way through this full-body workout combining kettlebell and treadmill circuits. Tread Bell targets multiple muscle groups at once improving upper and lower body strength, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance.. With dynamic music to fuel each interval, you’ll push limits and discover new strength in every rep.

Tread resistance lab

This small-group class uses resistance bands, weights, and bodyweight movements to target key muscle groups with precision and control. Expect slow, intentional work that improves form all to the beat of the music to keep you focused and fired up.

Tread cardio bootcamp

Double the intensity, double the results. This hybrid class blends 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of high-rep strength training. You’ll split your time between the bike and the fitness floor, pushing your cardio capacity while building full-body strength. Expect to sweat, see results, and have a good time!

Tread lean + sculpt

Define and tone from head to toe in this rhythm-infused sculpting session. Tread Lean + Sculpt utilizes light to moderate resistance and high-repetition strength training to promote lean muscle development and boost endurance. With a focus on form and balance, this class delivers just the right amount of burn that strengthens while improving joint stability and core integration.

Tread X Stakt

A Stakt class centers around creative use of the Stakt Mat as a core training tool. It’s emphasis is on lower-body strength and core stability, moving between mat fold positions for varied levels of support. The class blends floor work, HIIT, sculpt and pilates-style sequences.
