Hi, I’m Lori Haverty—owner of Tread and someone who turned a lifelong passion for fitness into a career that fuels me every single day. What started as a personal love for movement and wellness has grown into three fitness studios across Reading and Winchester, and more importantly, into a community that I’m incredibly proud to lead.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals reach their fitness goals—whether that means gaining strength, boosting confidence, or simply showing up for themselves. For me, it’s always been about more than just the workouts. It’s about building a space where people feel supported, seen, and empowered—especially during life’s tougher moments.
Fitness has the power to change not only our bodies but also our mindset and spirit. At Tread, we sweat together, grow together, and show up for each other. I’m so grateful to be part of this journey with every person who walks through our doors.

I’m always looking to evolve movements to make them more effective and intentional. It’s what keeps me inspired and brings fresh energy to my platform.
