At Tread, personal victories are celebrated as much as we support your challenges –both in the studio and in life. This is more than fitness — it’s a rhythm-driven community that moves with intention and rides as one.

  • This studio is awesome. The routines for each classes are different and most of all, challenging. They offer spin class, combination of circuit and treadmill, kettle bell, and strength training. Each time I am done with a class, I come out sweating and feeling sore. All the instructors are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. During class, the instructors will encourage everyone to challenge themselves. The studio is clean and modern feel. Music is awesome!
